NetApp Inc.
UX Manager
Waltham, MA
As a UX Manager at NetApp, I lead a team of UX professionals focused on software that enables companies throughout the world to manage mission-critical data that helps their businesses to thrive. I previously served as a Product Manager and User Experience Researcher at Pearson, designing technology that offered customized training for STEM courses to millions of college students worldwide. I also worked as an Engineering Psychologist at the Volpe National Transportation Systems Center supporting federal government projects focused on new technologies and programs to improve transportation safety, security, and productivity. Before that, I designed and built workflows for financial services companies as a Solutions Architect and Professional Services Consultant at Pegasystems. I have volunteered as a UXPA mentor many times, and I am a reviewer for the Journal of Usability Studies. I have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Psychology from Tufts University and a Master of Human Factors in Information Design degree from Bentley University, and I consider myself a lifelong learner, continually seeking opportunities to expand my skills and experiences. I always value the opportunity to share my perspectives with others and learn from what they say.
