Ketan Galhotra is a Product Designer at Liberty Mutual and is working on various enterprise level applications. He, along with his teammates, volunteer in a company-wide digital accessibility champions group, working on initiatives like establishing a centralized location for employees to request accommodations and creating training materials for product teams. He graduated from Bentley University’s Master’s Program in Human Factors and Information Design in May 2013. He has been a part of large and small UX teams and also has experience of being a UX team of 1. He is passionate about creating inclusive designs and is always ready to help his peers and dev teams learn accessibility principles.
